I’ve heard numerous times in passing that edging is good for PEing, but just how good? Well here’s a little experiment I did over the past 2 days. I would get myself up to 100% erection and measure. BPEL I measured 7 2/8”, now I would edge for maybe ten or fifteen minutes and measure again. By the way, when I edge, I keep myself on the brink of coming constantly and my dick baloons as a result, anyway after ten or fifteen minutes of this I measure 7 4/8” BPEL!!! These aren’t permanent but it really feels like you’re filling out those gains from jelqing and stretching with a nice amount of blood, which must be good for helping expand the penis. So guys I’m a firm (pun intended) believer in edging, I heard it makes your EQ better as well. Just wanted to share. Anyone else have any edging observations, good or bad? Also I’m just curious how many people actually incorporate habitual edging in their PE routine.

I’ve heard great things about edging. Personally I don’t have the self control, which is probably why I should start to do it more often.

Why do you not consider these permanent? If you learn how to edge, and potentially balloon with the women/woman you are with, I would say she would be getting 7 4/8 of cock. (wouldn’t you?)

I edge all of the time when I have sex. I am as hard as I can possibly get, and I stroke slowly to keep from ejaculating. At these times during sex, she is receiving “all” I have to offer. So, I think you may want to reconsider what your bpel is.

I did my own type of edging without even knowing. After I jelq, I usually keep myself hard for a good amount of time. 20-30 minutes. I typically have porn playing on my computer while I study. Usually I’m studying sexual psychology >:) .

Even though I didnt follow the exact guidelines, I think it’s helped a lot. And I think it’s ties in really nice right after jelqing, since I’m already wet. It’s just a shame that I use up so much lube.

I started gaining when I stopped edging. It might be psychological though.

Once again, good for some and not for others. I love it, but if I do more than 10 minutes, it greatly increases my recovery time, which pushes back my next workout…which jacks up my routine. IF I don’t push back my next workout, I start to drop in EQ.

Its an INDIVIDUAL thing, so evaluate its effect on you and then act accordingly.

On a side note, I started out pretty big, and I wonder if it wasn’t from edging for hours as a kid while refraining from cumming for weeks at a time.

Edging is definitely good for PE as long as you don’t bust a big old nut afterwards. If you do, then you won’t be horny for a while and blood flow will be greatly reduced.

Tucking your junk under your legs and sleeping on your side is good for PE also, especially when it’s cold. This reduces turtling or shrinkage during your sleep, and keeps everything warm.

What were your starting stats, and what are they now? (and how long did it take,…if you don’t mind me asking)

The problem is I didn’t measure at the begiinng, but best I can tell I was about 7.5 bpel and about 5.5-5.7 eg. Now about 8.25-8.5 bpel and almost 6 eg. Its been since June 04. I AM the original hardgainer, thats why I laugh when I read,” its been 8 weeks and still no gains…I want to quit!” I have to fight the urge to write, “pussy!’.

I have to remember for me it was just greed and fun, not a desperate psychological need. A lot of guys here really have been emotionally damaged by a real or imagined lack in the size department…which is why I feel this place is so important.

For me, I really thought I had gotten all my newbie gains as a kid edging for hours and months! :) I finally figured out I am a “less is more” guy, and when I get strict about doing the little bit needed to gain, and not tons more than that…I see slow gains. My natural inclination is to pump for about 8 hours then go and pull my car around the block with my dick, THEN edge for another 3 hours! Well, that just doesn’t work…for me (it may for you!) :)
