Edging as a warm down

What do you guys think of that? Could edging be a good warm down?

2018: Ive returned after 10 years out of the game to chase that mythic 8x6

I use it to get more expansion after jelqing, so I dont see why it cant be used as a warm down also.

Edging is good post workout, but I still think a wrap, sock, or lamp should come first. At least to get the lymph fluid out.

I think so, I like to warm wrap for 10 minutes after PE and often will follow that up with an edge. Getting some fresh blood in there can’t hurt. With an ADS, I like to edge throughout the day (every 90 minutes or so) to get a nice pump with some fresh blood.

I’d certainly advocate an edge warm down over no warm down at all.

Thanks, I have been edging as a warm down recently for about 20 to 30 minutes. It seemed sensible to me but it’s better that I know it’s okay now.

The main purpose of a warm down is to flush your penis with fresh blood, containing oxygen, nutrients etc. to help it begin recovery. Edging will bring a lot of blood to the penis, but the penis will try to retain the blood just as it does in a normal erection, rather than maximising the amount of blood flowing in and out.

A hot wrap works well because the body wishes to remain at ‘body-heat’, so in response to heating up the blood in the penis, the body tries to remove that blood and flush the penis with fresh blood to cool it down.

So should I edge as a pre-warm down and then use a hot wrap as the final warmdown or just not edge at all as a warm down?

It’s your choice. If you enjoy edging, then edge. I don’t consider edging as a PE exercise or as a warm-up, warm-down etc. To me, edging is about learning control and getting to know your penis.
