Sandisk, just stop and kegel when you feel even close to cumming, I don’t think it’s bad, but I believe upon release your penis will begin to become less elastic again, which is the goal of edging as far as I know.

30-40 min is a good session for me. I can see an hour being maybe a little much for myself, but it would probably vary from person to person. You can tell the longer you go the more your penis will expand as you kegel to hold off. For me, 45 minutes is enough I think, plus then I have to stop because otherwise I just really really want to let it all go haha.

Good job on your gains man. For NBPEL, straighten out your dick, put the ruler like 0.25 inches above your dick, but resting on your fatpad (dont push it in). Then slide down the ruler until it hits the base, push down through the moved skin to get a good measurment.

Well, here’s another update, even if it is for myself haha. Routine since last update:

Saturday aug 4: edging 30-40 min
sunday: edging 20-30 min, and regular routine
monday: same as above
tuesday: day off, rubbed one out lol
wednesday (today): 30-40 min edging, regular routine

I plan to edge some more tonight before bed, and then a bit tomorrow. After that I’m off until monday at least. The weekend will likely have some “releasing” involved lol.

Just a random side note, my erection when edging today was insanely hard, and I measured my BPEL about 10-20 minutes in and was about 7 7/16” - 7 1/2”. MSEG was up to about 5 3/8” when I measured at one point, generally just above 5 1/4” most of the time though if I remember correctly. Obviously these are temporary gains, but I’m hoping by including a my regular routine today and edging again tonight/tomorrow that I’ll help cement those numbers or at least some sort of gain from them.

So far this experiment has been awesome, and I’ve gained way faster than I ever have in the past. If anyone else is actually trying this, it’d be interesting to see how you’ve fared.

Great routine, keep at it. When you get into ballooning or edging for about an hour you will notice a sense of euphoria like a runners high. Spinal sensations intensify. Your erection is even bigger, more veinage showing. The dry orgasms run one into another. If you place a finger just below your testicles you can feel your dick quivering. This is a dry orgasm.

Like i said previously, I took the weekend off. Measured yesterday, in the starting bit of a 20 minute edging session (all i could get in yesterday):
BPEL: 7 3/8”
EG: 5 3/8”

so a 1/8” increase from residual growth and healing, I think that me not doing anything on the weekend will help quicken gains again. I plan to edge a bit this morning, then do regular routine tonight, tomorrow, and edging on thursday/friday.

only 1/8” each way too my goal!

Well i took about 3-4 weeks off. Measured yesterday, still at 7 3/8 x 5 3/8. So edging definitely helped cement those gains. Starting up again, edged yesterday, jelqed/stretched today. Doing 1 day edging, 1 day on, 1 day off routine. Will report back in a week or two.

I was really sore after my PE session followed by my edging one.I had to take the next day off.I now do edging and PE in a split routine meaning morning afternoon.

Yes that’s what edging is. It’s kind of like a dumbed down version of ballooning I guess. I do edging the day before my routine, your penis is supposed to become more elastic during this time due to the chemicals released in your body near orgasm. Without ejaculating the chemicals stay in your body, and your penis is already being stretched (slightly length wise, but you can feel the girth for sure during this time) when you kegel as well. The next day when you do PE the chemicals are supposed to still be in your blood since there was no ejaculation, and your penis should be more elastic still. This way you can stretch it slightly more, and it will hopefully help to retain the gains. After I do my routine (just manual stretching for the tunica and jelqing) I do about 5-10 minutes of edging, doing kegels and forcing lots of blood in for about 30 seconds at a time, just randomly throughout that period.

Last time I gained about 3/8” in length, and about 1/4”-3/8” or so in girth, that remained. (I’m having trouble remembering off hand where I was before I started the experiment girth wise, my girth was all over the place before and I’m pretty sure I actually lost some. So my measurements for that before hand aren’t too great).

I’m interested to see what a month of this will do for me this time, especially after almost 3-4 weeks of decon.
