So I’ve been edging for four or five days now without cumming and I intend to go another week.

This is awesome because it makes my cock rock hard very easily (not joking, like the slightest touch or sometimes even thinking about it makes me go straight to 100% hard). It’s also made me super horny, the only thing I seem to be thinking about is my dick.

Anyway, while I’m enjoying this (and I’m excited to explode next week when I finally cum) but with it comes blue balls. I’m wondering, other than cumming or waiting it out how can you get rid of blue balls? Also what is the longest you guys have gone when edging before cumming?

To get rid of blue balls, ejaculate. You have to find your balance on how much times per week you can ejaculate, without impacting your EQ.

For example, my balance is to ejaculate 1 time per week (yours could be 1, or 2 or more). This is how I can avoid blue balls and maintain a highest EQ possible.

My maximum edging time is 10 minutes (my stamina need some work).

Lenny is right, you have to figure out the interval. I am finding that edging really helps girth gains and have also been going for a week at a time, but I am starting to think that benefits diminish after four days.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

In my experience as a multi-orgasmic man with extensive edging experience, once you have learned the basic 1-10 scale of erections, 1 being flaccid and no arousal, and 10 being ejaculation, then edging to level 9, then allowing yourself to go to say 7, and then back up to 9, over and over for at least 30 min per day up to say an hour per day for 3-5 days is sufficient to see improvements in both erection quality and sustainability. The key here for me at least was learning to ORGASM at 9, with no ejaculation. Then you can cum as often as you like, enjoy your orgasm as often as you like, and hold the ejaculation for every 3-5 days or so. Then you are getting somewhere, and once learned you will never be the same! Plus, any PE exercises will be greatly amplified and enhanced by the “sexual tension” you feel. Being multi-orgasmic as a man is a game changer for PE and sex in general. The blue balls were more noticeable for me in the beginning and subsided once I learned how to separate orgasm from ejaculation.
