Good Morning everyone,

I’ve recently read some to the posts by Werner on Ballooning. This morning I had a great session, and yesterday I had a great “session”. Two fold here; first, when I edge for 15 + minutes, my legs start to go numb, and I feel what I think are “mini” orgasms throughout my arms and legs. Ok, so I edged/ballooned (I think), this morning. I am a high level athlete potentially coming out of retirement. That being said, I went to my usual interval training session. HOLY SHIT! I haven’t felt this good in years! I am not sure if not “releasing” during the edging/ballooning session was a cause, but if it is, I have a new trick to up my testosterone. Am I full of it? Any comments and/or details of why or why not would be appreciated.

This is inspirational, exercise does increase testosterone levels. I think what you described is an whole body orgasm the quivering in your legs. A normal occurrence with edging or ballooning.

Sounds like your ballooning or edging they are about the same anyway. I like that paraphrase. Describe what your doing during your session while ballooning.

Thanks, sleight. Kingpole, I am just masterbating to the PONR and backing off before ejaculation. However, I have been able to retain a pretty solid erection for up to 30 or so seconds AFTER I stop the stimulation. At times my unit will “bounce” with the rhythm of my heartbeat.
