edging after stretching/hanging?

I have been doing edging right after my ADS/stretching PE routine for the last few days.

I am worried that in doing so I may hinder length gains.

The rationale behind this is that flaccid stretch can stretch out further than full erection length. This means that tunica can elongate longer during flaccid-semi state. During erection, tunica expands outward to thicken the shaft (hence lower length).

So after a length routine (be it ADS, stretch or hanging), should I just let it be in the flaccid state to let tunica have time to stay as long as possible?

I enjoy the edging.. my line of thoughts is that after stretching/hanging, I may achieve even longer erection length due to the stretched tunica.

I know a few members who do “clamping” in between jelqing/hanging session. But I am not sure if anyone does edging AFTER a length routine.

I really don’t know for sure how edging would affect things, but I sometimes cum after stretching and I almost always do a light to mild uli after every session to get the blood back into my head. I’m pretty sure that I have gained in recent weeks despite these activites as my flaccid is looking so much better and erect length seems longer to. I will be measuring tomorrow.

Edging for a little while after any routine is beneficial for gains. Especially if you can focus on holding it right on the “edge” of cumming, because the penis is at its biggest right before ejaculation. Furthermore, edging after a routine will give you a chance to check for negative body clues after your workout. You should always be able to get a full and healthy erection after a workout session. If you can’t than chances are you over trained that day and should step back a little or risk slowing down gains, stopping gains all together, and even temporary erectile dysfunction.

That’s good. I’ve made all my gains by tracking my body cues and gains to find my growth zone. Its tricky business and I had my best gains when I started keeping a log.
