I was just wondering if there are any people who suggest edging after a workout?

Or when is exactly the best time to edge and how frequently.

I am on my third day of the newbie routine

Myself and a few others included always edge after each session. I use it as a means of “active recovery” which refers to the aid of stress repair, building stamina, and getting your penis accustomed to any temporary size increase by maintaining an erection in that larger state.

There are no specific criteria as to when or how often you should edge. I have my reasons for doing it after a session but it is not something that is set in stone. I would say just do it whenever you feel is best for yourself.
