Ed to PE Slow Start

Ed to PE Slow Start

Had a slow start to my penile rehab. 10 months after my opp, no erections, no woodies and total frustration. My urologist stated I should have started straight after the opp. Therefor I am 10 months behind where I should be now. Previous pic with my first post was taken 4 weeks after I started pumping @ 5Hg and BPEL 6” x 5” EG. Now after 8 months still @5Hg BPEL 6.5” x 5.5” EG. ( Pic attached ) Happy chappy.

May i ask you exactly what happened during your operation? Are you regaining your sex drive without a prostate? Because in your other post I thought you mentioned a prostelectomy, I think the term is?

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Yeah what operation? We can’t read your mind dude. Did you have a mole removed or a entire penis reconstruction? Also we shouldn’t have to find another thread of yours to answer this one…

Deepwrath31, Back on the 17th I posted (My ED led to PE and the forum) in this thread, detailing my radical Prostatectomy. I was fortunate that I had a great Urologist who maintained all the nerves that wrap around the prostate, and also retained the Cowper’s glands (which still gives me pre-cum). I’m sure you can find it. Cheers.

Okay, but you didn’t detail anything in that post. Which is below:

None of us know about a radical prostatectomy. This is why we actually are asking for details. If you prefer not to share them, that is up to you but many of us are curious. And well…the devil is in the details, especially for the older members here who actually may have this in their futures. So I kindly ask that you detail what actually went on, so that the rest of us can learn.

Most of us think removal of a prostate is the end of the road for any kind of sexual activity so someone who has had the prostate removed and still getting erections and performing PE is confusing to say the least.

Thoughtfulgold, Thanks for your suggestion to tell my journey.

I agree, any experience with something like cancer should be shared, and I included you comment ( copy below), as I feel it was important – hope you don’t mind.

I was diagnosed with PC in 2014, and due to an enlarged prostate I needed to have a urethral rebore (TURP) before radiation treatment could commence. Unfortunately, it scared and was re-done 3 months later, once again scaring, this was 9 months after the diagnosis.

Decision time, rebore again (3rd time lucky) no way. There was no guarantee it wouldn’t happen again, and if not, then radiation treatment and wait to see if reoccurrence, 6mths/12mths 2 years NOT HAPPENING !!

Having done my homework, the only option was total removal of the prostate, knowing the risks;

1. Major surgery

2. Recovery with Cavernosa nerves intact.

3. Incontinence

4. Penis retraction (length)

5. ED

The successful total removal of the prostate (Radical Prostatectomy) due to cancer, lies with the urologists experience/ability to retain the Cavernosa nerves that control erections, they adhere fully to the prostate and connect to the penis, and the urologist has to peel them off the prostate before removing same.

In my case they were peeled with no damage. However, due to the peeling, they suffered trauma (which is normal), and needed time to recover (anything from 1-2 years approx.).

The surgery went well, nerves are intact.

Incontinence was bad for about 3 months, wore nappies, and then reduced to pads as I continued with Kegel exercises (pelvic floor muscle). Now I only wear a pad overnight just in case of a drip.

Penis length, lost about an inch. (Recovering with pumping)

ED, the nerves gradually coming back (from about 10 months), and with a combination of 5mg Cialis and pumping daily to get blood flowing and simulating erections/exercising my penis, I get woodies during the night, and can get almost normal erections, although not as big at this point.

Sustainable erections for penetrative sex need some help at the moment, but I have Caverject Impulse 20MCG I inject as needed, which is effective for up to 3 hours. As I continue improving, the day will come, and I will pre-cum without Caverject.

I still have my Cowper’s glands intact, producing pre-cum.

This journey is, and has been filled with mixed emotions for both my partner and myself. I have learnt to trust my judgement, take responsibility for my decisions, and bite the bullet when needed.

To anyone who reads this post, PLEASE, have your PSA checked on a regular basis, and take action, life is too short, and after all, as they say, Cancer is only a 4 letter word.

PS - My cancer was found, believe it or not, I had a urinary tract infection, which led to discovering the cancer.

Thank you for sharing your story!

Yes, thanks very much for sharing. Best of luck to you!

Thanks a lot for sharing that story. Having turned 50 last year I had reluctantly given in to my.Madame’s urge and had an overall exam including prostate exam and coleoscopy.

When reading your story I am very happy I did it and am motivated to repeat the exercise on a regular base.

And I am happy for you that the outcome of surgery is relatively good. I mean, we all automatically think prostate operations equals complete end of sex. It is important for all to know this must not be true.

Thanks!
