ED issues with No PE

There are several good quality brands you could go with. I got mine from L.A Pumps, but Vace-Tech and pumptoys are good choices as well. Unfortunately a good pump with the quick disconnect and the hand pump will set you back about $200, but with proper care (not unscrewing the nozzle too much) and proper lube it should last you a good 5 or 10 years.

The “fullness” lasts anywhere from a an hour to three hours at the most, depending on a lot of factors. It’s just edema or water retention but that doesn’t matter, what does help is the actual process of getting a good erection and bringing in fresh blood that helps with recovery and PE.

The only precaution I can give you is to not go over 5mmhg EVER! The human penis has an average psi of 3 or 4mmhg overall, and once you start over pumping or overdoing it with clamps you won’t be able to get as hard anymore until you lay off. It’s a bit like over training in the gym and then having a hard time walking. And that’s just not a risk you want to take with your penis.
