I am maybe the only one in this site who is against kegeling as an essential exercise?
I consider kegeling an auxiliary exercise. Yes kegeling helps, yes it can produce harder erections and an increase in stamina, but I strongly believe that the less, the better.
I always thought that kegels can’t be more then 50 2-3 sec holds max. Not on a daily basis. One day on one off. Here is why.
Everyday, we are flexing our pelvic muscles without knowing. When you hold your urines until you pee, you are working PC muscles, when you have to take a dump and hold it you are working PC muscles, when you are walking fast to catch the bus or whatever you are flexing PC muscles. Without knowing it. Think of it for a while.
So, if you start doing kegels like crazy, you do realize you are fucked. You are gonna cramp the PC muscles or exhaust them. A cramped or exhausted muscle group may take up to 2 months to relax.Especially if you continue working it.
So kegels yes. But in moderation.
As for you newleveljoy, avoid kegels completely. Don’t force erections to see if your penis works. Let the erections come alone. Don’t cause them. Give it a month. IMO you are badly cramped. Doesn’t have to feel pain necessarily if you are cramped. You can have sex, just don’t force erections and don’t go more than one round a time. Explain to your wife.
One month is nothing. You will be fine. It’s nothing mate. Just cramped pelvic floor muscles. Your instict is right. Just rest.
