Eczema

Eczema

I have eczema and it has been dormant for many years now, but it seems as ever since I started PE it’s been flaring up on my fingers. I use a skin lotion that comes in a pump bottle, and when I workout it pools up in between my fingers where my eczema is worst. Is there any connections between the lotion and eczema? What type of lube should I use to prevent this?

There is an Australian soap used to treat this discovered by accident called Billie goat’s soap you may have to ordered if not available overseas

Blue eye, blonde latino

Could possibly be a friction problem too.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Cetyl-alcohol.. I must be having some sort of allergic reaction to it. It’s been known to cause contact eczema. Thanks for helping!

I had a bad case of eczema on my hands for many years. A doctor told me to avoid lotions that contain lanolin. At one point I had my fingers wrapped in gauze to allow them to heal.
I don”t remember what cured it, but I kept the wound from drying out and cracking with some type of dressing. You might try using Neosporin. I use that all the time and it promotes healing .

Diet may have something to do with it. I have not had a problem in 25 years since I cured it, and I know my diet has improved in that time.
Also never let your hands get dried out from things like handling paper and such.

I had a bout of eczema recently for the first time in my life. Dermatologist suggested this: Number one, switch soaps and use Dove.

I thought that would be yucky. My ex wife used Dove. It turned to soup in the soap dish. However, Dove has a new product: Dove for Men. Doesn’t turn to soup and helps keep the skin lubricated. Shower with it.

After showering and toweling dry, slather on a product called CeraVe. It’s a skin lotion/cream available even at my local supermarket. Use Dove for Men every time you wash your hands, then slather on more CeraVe. By the way plain, old Lubriderm works well, too.

I quizzed my doctor about why I would even get eczema after never having had it.

“Your skin is drying out.”

But we live in a very humid climate.

“You’re getting older. Your skin dried out.”

But….

“Trust me. You’re getting older.” (He is my age.)

What he suggested worked for me.
