This May Sound completely noobish but does anyone reckon a steady supply of protein in diet would promote gains?

I Know diet is key for bodybuilding of any description so another question would be ‘does your penis react in the same way as say a tricep muscle when worked?’ ( I.e micro tears la la la)

There is no evidence to suggest that diet is linked to gains.

There is no evidence to suggest that bodybuilding and PE are related in any way. While micro tears have been discussed as a cause to PE growth, your penis is not a muscle, thus there are no “free weight” exercises to enlarge ones penis. Hanging uses weight, but for the purpose of stretching.

Diets low in animal fats also drastically reduce testosterone levels, since dietary saturated fats are required for their optimal production. Additionally vegan diets also usually include the consumption of soy, which contains phytoestrogens.
