Easy Routine For Great Gains

What’s up people. I’m gonna share my simple, easy to do routine that should last 15-20mins tops. With this routine, in almost two years time I gained at least an inch and a half in length, 2 1/2 total, as I lost my fat pad. Also gained almost an inch in girth. Most of my gains came within the first year but since then, my gains has slowed considerably. That’s cool because I’m quite content on my size, although I would love to get that 5x5 girth. Check my first thread and I give you my pre PE measurements. As of now I’m 7 3/4NBP and 5x4EG. Ok, here we go.

Work your way to about a 70% erection. Then grab the base of the shaft. Grab as close to the bottom as possible, cause you don’t want your dick looking like a baseball bat. You then squeeze as tight as you can without causing discomfort, then take your other hand right below your glands, and squeeze there too. Squeeze right before it starts to get uncomfortable. Hold this squeeze for a slow 10secs, then release. Repeat this process 7x’s. Or until your shaft looks pumped up.

When your finished with that, work your way up to a FULL erection. Using ONLY your PC muscles, try to force more blood into your member. Don’t use your legs to try and force more blood in there. You want your PC to do all the work, so it can get as strong as possible. If your PC muscles are weak, you maybe can only hold this for a few seconds. But as you get stronger, you’ll be able to hold it longer. If your PC muscles are weak, just try to hold it as long as you can. Do this as many times as you like. I do them from 7-20 times, depending how I’m feeling that day.

Finally, you sit down, and using only your PC muscles and legs if you like, you do the same thing, 7-20 reps.

Of course you don’t want blue balls, so edge until you can’t edge anymore. Edging is great for helping you control when you orgasm. And if you can’t get to a full erection, edging is a great way to get there.

And there you have it. I got my gains pretty damn fast, so remember everyone is different. What I got in gains in almost two years might take someone else five. Also for me, I see more steady gains if I rest a lot. I do this routine every other day for 30 days staight, meaning in two months time I do PE 30 times. Then I would take two months off, doing only flaccid kegels, and edging. Some people may need to work more or less. Everyone is different but I’m a firm believer in PE and I believe anyone can gain. I haven’t understood the way you squeeze, it seems is like a normal jelq then you try to squeeze the glans a the same time? I dont see that posible… if you could explain. How long would you suggest to squeeze for?

If you take 2 months off every momnth you do PE then at the end of the year you have PEd really little. How did you see that for you resting that much was the key? you never tried stretching or other tecniques man?

Broseph, that first exercise you mentioned is called an uli and targets girth, and kegels simply increase erectile quality, though… My peni has gotten to insane measurements after HARDCORE pc workouts…. I mean I took pictures that i’m not even going to post on here as my size…. my D was legitimately pornstar after it…. I sat on these crutches for people who injured their legs or whatever, which caused extreme pressure on the PCs and squeezed for 15 mins with neccesssary breaks. I mean rock hard pornstar schlong…. Grab your base with an ok sign, as you would do with a jelq. Right below the head of your penis, make a ok sign and squeeze there as well, at the same time. Hold this squeeze for at least 10 seconds, then release. And I found out taking a long time off worked best for me by accident. I was doing PE for two months, my girl saw and felt the gains, but I didn’t. So I stopped, thinking she was just messing with me. Then a month and a half past, I go inside my girl and she had this look on her face. She says, baby, you feel small today. I was crushed, but I still busted my load. I pulled out and she quickly tried to look at my dick an said, “did you get smaller? You was longer than that.” So I started up my PE again and within two sessions I got all my gains back, and then some. When I would see the gains slow down, I would take a break. I Lift weights, so I do the same with my body. I train and train, until I see my gains slowing, then I take a while off, to rest my body. And when I hit the gym within a week a get all my gains back and then some. Although I don’t fully “rest.” I’m still having sex, I do flaccid kegels and I edge. I never did jelqs because I thought it would give me a baseball bat looking dick. I did stretches, but not as a workout, but to warm up my dick so to speak.

I was kinda was doing this same exercise, but mine was a lot more intense and lasted 15 minutes. I did 2 other 15 minute intense exercises after this one. I gained just over an inch in just less than a year.
My exercises were very intense, but I had a Ace in my pocket, my wife helped me PE. I haven’t PE’d in years and did not loose any gains.

thank you all buddies, but i think Navy doesnt mean a Horse 404 since he says 70% erection. I have done horses and I believe you have to apply 90-100% erection.

Maybe it is time for me to take a break from so many Ullis and try stretches? it is hard to change plans since I have gotten a little length with a disciplined hard routine with Ullis, it doesnt make sense to take it easier now….

No quim, it is a different type of horsey, There are a lot of versions of horses. Read my thread. My horses are extreme, but it was a Horse 440 exercise.

I still think that these are Horses. I was doing them for about 1.5 month with about 80% erect and effect is insane, but got injured.

I still wonder how to increase length with these routine… Maybe it’s connected with this: Amazing Isometrics - expand gain potential and cut down PE duration .

I’m wondering if heat is needed for this exercise? I have read quite a bit on this site about how heat can make a difference and also helps with reduction of injury’s. So Navy was you using any form of a warmup or did you go straight to work?

I only PE in the shower so yes, so I warm up a bit. I run warm water over myself for about 2 mins. With the water running over my penis I can feel it get spongy, loose. That’s when I know I’m ready and I go to work.

You are still right on track. My wife and I have a towel warmer in our master bathroom, after clamped, she would wrap a hot/warm towel around my unit before, in between sets and after we completed the exercises, it keeps the skin more pliable for the stretching of the skin, but one must not stop at that. After we were done with all the sets, she would wrap my cock in a hot towel for a bit and then get a warm AC Bandage and wrap my unit from the base to the glands to the base and up again, not tight, but enough to let more expansion to begin to take place and dress up and we would go for a fast walk to get the blood flowing, and believe me, expansion will take place and you can leave the bandage on for about 2 hours. Once the bandage came off, my unit was huge, very huge with no fluid build up, since in my opinion, the pressure of the bandage after the expansion of my unit kept the fluid out. This created lig expansion and not fluid expansion. Does this make sense?

NavyDick, you are pretty close to my mindset when I was PEing. There are 2 keys to PEing when starting the Newbie Routine or when doing the more advanced exercises with the devices you choose to use and that is Consistency and Dedication. That is the mindset one must have to be successful. I just thread a lot of this and then some about Consistency and Dedication in this thread Limit reached, or can there be more?
