Easy Routine For Great Gains
What’s up people. I’m gonna share my simple, easy to do routine that should last 15-20mins tops. With this routine, in almost two years time I gained at least an inch and a half in length, 2 1/2 total, as I lost my fat pad. Also gained almost an inch in girth. Most of my gains came within the first year but since then, my gains has slowed considerably. That’s cool because I’m quite content on my size, although I would love to get that 5x5 girth. Check my first thread and I give you my pre PE measurements. As of now I’m 7 3/4NBP and 5x4EG. Ok, here we go.
Work your way to about a 70% erection. Then grab the base of the shaft. Grab as close to the bottom as possible, cause you don’t want your dick looking like a baseball bat. You then squeeze as tight as you can without causing discomfort, then take your other hand right below your glands, and squeeze there too. Squeeze right before it starts to get uncomfortable. Hold this squeeze for a slow 10secs, then release. Repeat this process 7x’s. Or until your shaft looks pumped up.
When your finished with that, work your way up to a FULL erection. Using ONLY your PC muscles, try to force more blood into your member. Don’t use your legs to try and force more blood in there. You want your PC to do all the work, so it can get as strong as possible. If your PC muscles are weak, you maybe can only hold this for a few seconds. But as you get stronger, you’ll be able to hold it longer. If your PC muscles are weak, just try to hold it as long as you can. Do this as many times as you like. I do them from 7-20 times, depending how I’m feeling that day.
Finally, you sit down, and using only your PC muscles and legs if you like, you do the same thing, 7-20 reps.
Of course you don’t want blue balls, so edge until you can’t edge anymore. Edging is great for helping you control when you orgasm. And if you can’t get to a full erection, edging is a great way to get there.
And there you have it. I got my gains pretty damn fast, so remember everyone is different. What I got in gains in almost two years might take someone else five. Also for me, I see more steady gains if I rest a lot. I do this routine every other day for 30 days staight, meaning in two months time I do PE 30 times. Then I would take two months off, doing only flaccid kegels, and edging. Some people may need to work more or less. Everyone is different but I’m a firm believer in PE and I believe anyone can gain.
