easy materials to make a shell mould from

I am looking to make a shell from which I will make the silicone sleeves used on MonkeyBar’s VacADS system. Also I am (once I have decent materials for it) to make a custom shaped modvac head for myself. Anyone know of silicone compatible materials from which a rigid shell can be made?

You need a self volcanizing latex compound and a foam molding kit with all the extras. Look around the mask making companies but expect to pay $40+ for a hand molding kit to produce a $.50 cent latex product.
