Sooooo true. It’s been almost a month since I’ve started and in the past 2 weeks I have really lowered the volume from 10 to 5-6 minutes. My EQ is through the roof and I think I have gained almost a quarter of an inch this whole month. To be honest, I think I have improved my measuring techniques. But either way, I was around 5.25 inches in length (bone pressed) but now I’m just about at 5.4-5.5. Either way, before I started PE I wasn’t even close to that so I must have gained something.
