I would like to know more information from easy gainers. Those who PE twice a week or less. Because im starting to think i might be one too. I switched from PEing 4 times a week to twice a week and noticed atleast 50% increase in EQ. Please tell me your schedules and gains. Thanks

It may very well be that those gaining with less work are easy gainers, but it may also be attributed to the workload where they respond to the “LESS is more” training.

Sooooo true. It’s been almost a month since I’ve started and in the past 2 weeks I have really lowered the volume from 10 to 5-6 minutes. My EQ is through the roof and I think I have gained almost a quarter of an inch this whole month. To be honest, I think I have improved my measuring techniques. But either way, I was around 5.25 inches in length (bone pressed) but now I’m just about at 5.4-5.5. Either way, before I started PE I wasn’t even close to that so I must have gained something.
