Easiest way to make an ADS?

Hey I’m looking for the easiest ADS to make. I’m not looking for a miracle device, just something to keep my penis stretched after my hour routine, mine usually turtles, which I’ve read is normal, but I believe that I will make better gains if it’s at least somewhat stretched out after my routine for an hour or so. I am buying an extender soon, I just don’t know which one to get yet so it doesn’t need to be effective on it’s own, but I’m just looking for the easiest way to make one while I am waiting to choose my extender. I’m 18 and very bad with my hands, I got a D in woodshop lol, so please tell me or post a link for the easiest one that you know of. I remember reading about one that you simply need an ace bandage wrap and a string to tie to your belt, it seemed really easy to make, but I can’t locate it with the search button.

Stretch your dick as far down your thigh as possible, then duck tape just beneath your glans to your thigh. I have found that shaving or duck taping the area and ripping the hair out pre ADsing works best for comfort. Or I would pull my dick between my legs wrap an ace bandage around the tip and tie a string to it, then tie the other end of the string to my belt on my back.
