Ease my worries

Ease my worries

Hello! I recently discovered PE and this past week I have devoured everything I could find on sites like nih. Gov and the likes.
Maybe needless to say there is like, very little studies on the subject of Jelqing. I have found some on the extenders, claiming that they actually work as intended. At first I didn’t really believe it. I feel mesmerized by what I have come to learn about penile size and would like to try and see for myself is I could gain some size.

I want to make clear that I have a healthy relation to my penis and am totally average. But if the risk is minimal when performing the excersices, why not give it a try? I am a man and I bet everyone on this forum feel kinda like I do.
Today I jelqed for 5 minutes while in the shower. Directly after I was terrible afraid that I had caused some damage even tho I barely gripped my dick. I did it at about 50% EQ and stopped directly when I got harder then that.

Point of thread: I would like to try this PE thing for the laughs, for experimenting, but if there is a risk involved with it I might aswell don’t. I know the basics to jelqing but I really haven’t been able to tell the extent of the risks. How easy is it to break something in there? I am scared to death to cause some irreversible damage (venous leaks and stuff) or like, pop a major vein or artery. How big is the rate of success, and that of failure?

I am an experienced gymrat. I know technique is the difference between inevitable damage and success but I have read about guys who damaged their wieners with 20 halfassed jelqs. And if that is true I don’t really want to have anything to do with PE, even if there is 2” of penis-gain waiting for me. So how easy is it to damage yourself if you keep to really mild jelqing every other day?

If you are nervous or scared don’t do it. Did you want someone to talk you into it or talk you out of it?

There are risks and people do become injured. Think of sports. Push too hard, don’t warm up, etc.

Read this forum up and down before you start, read the injuries forums as well.

Then make a decision. If you chose to proceed, think long term and be safe and conservative in your approach.

But no one can tell you that you won’t become injured or at least I can’t provide you that assurance.

Of course I am nervous. When reading about all the damage people received in their first weeks of jelqing. I have no clue about the rate of failure and damage and for me jelqing would just not be worth it if you risk getting permanent damage. But as I have come to understand jelqing should be close to 100% safe if you warm you penis up before jelqing it and warm it again afterwards. I plan on upping the workouts really slow. Starting at 20 jelqs and adding 10 every workout. I plan on working it with one day off between sessions until I feel confident to up it to everyday.

I know it is impossible to say with a close to correct number, but what I would like to know is how many % of jelqers injure themselves. Is it like 1 in 10, 1 in 100 or 1 in 1000?

If I jelq like this how big is the possibility of damage?

EDIT: Now that I have learned of how men can increase their penis size I want to try it too. But only if It is safe for me. I plan on doing it as safe as possible and I humbly ask for your more experienced opinion.

As others have said, no one is going to guarantee you that you’re not going to get hurt. Would you give that guarantee to someone starting in the gym? No. Would you give that guarantee to someone starting a sport? No.

You could have the most delicate PE routine out there, slip while PEing in the shower, and bend your dick too far sideways. Stuff happens.

However, as with anything physical, you can minimize your chances of injury by starting slow, paying strict attention to your physical indicators, and never increasing intensity beyond a few percentage points at a time. As others have said, read up. There are risks involved, but knowing how to minimize them is key. If you don’t feel like you can prioritize a healthy dick over a bigger dick, then PE is probably not for you.

Starting Stats: BPEL 5.5" EG 4.4" -- Current: BPEL 6.9" EG 4.95" -- Short Term Goal BPEL 7", EG 5.25" -- Ultimate Goal : BPEL 7.5" EG 5.75"

Be sure to include basic stretches in your routine. Also, consider the dry jelq if wet jelqs don’t feel right. I never did get a feel for them & didn’t like the mess lube made. You gotta go real easy on them at first, though. They’re a bit more potent.

You won’t get injured as long as you start out light & keep the volume low. You’re conditioning the tissue & feeling out the techniques as much as anything else at first.

Weight training as an apt analogy here. The advice you’d give a prospective weight trainer mostly applies to your situation. Learn, perfect your form, if it hurts, don’t do it, & less is more.

If you do decide to go for it, take excellent measurements before you take the plunge & consider taking pictures. Give it a few months & see for yourself.

Basically, it’s bodybuilding & conditioning for your penis, but it works slower & you get to keep most or all of your gains if you cement them properly.

If you have the discipline to get good results from weight training you’ll probably do fine with PE. It’s a natural extention of it. The whole discipline, routine, & self improvement deal carry right over.

Start the linear routine. You can’t go wrong with that and it is better suited for beginners. For some 5mins stretching and 10mins jelqing is overtraining. That was my case when I first started.

7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

Remember, no one here is paid to get you to do PE. We are all volunteers and the site is donation run. So…we don’t have a vested interest in you doing PE or not.

The only interest any of the guys here have is in self-improvement. And if you share it, with care and diligence you’ll reap the same benefits we have.

I’ve seen horror stories, usually of careless overtraining, and success stories of miracle gains which inspire me and others. It’s up to you how this goes for you. No one can ease your worries but you. You have to decide it’s safe for you. We can’t make that call for you. Your mindset and approach will make or break it, like any other endeavor.

The first time you hit the bench I doubt you put 400lbs on, boosted it a half inch and wrecked your shoulders. The same commonsense applies here.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Awesome responses.
Over the past three years I went from 125lbs to 150. No fat at all gained. I have been seriously into powerlifting for half of my gym journey so the dedication and discipline needed shouldn’t be a problem.

I prioritize a healthy penis over all size.
The reading and searching I have done have got me to seriously take interest in this activity. I see now how the risk is equal to any overtraining. I plan on starting of with nothing but jelqs every other day. I haven’t done much research on stretching but I surely will. I plan on condition my penis a little bit with jelqs the first weeks now.

I am carefully feeling my penis and looking for spots and pain. I am going to do everything as safe and slow as possible since I have no real desire to gain size super quickly.

Thanks for awesome response. I got to thank you, more experienced people, for giving some of your time to me. I’m just another worried newbie. Wish me luck.

Good luck.
