Hi, a beginners guide to the ThunderPlace PE is that every movement of jelq should last 30-60 seconds and 400-500 movements. It takes a long time!!
The correct would not be 3-6 seconds for each move?

3-6 seconds is correct! I figure 5 minutes per 100. 6 seconds would be 10 minutes per 100.
