Dumb question about PE.

Dumb question about PE.

Can PE make you lose length and/or girth at all if not done perfectly? I would hate to start and then end up with less than what I already have.

Starting/current measurements:

8.5 x 5.5 (BPEL x mseg)

Goal: 10 x 6.5 (BPEL x mseg)

You could lose some if you overtrain, but that’s temporary too. Doing everything correctly will get you far in this business.

|||||Start: 14cm NBPEL|||||Now: 17,5cm NBPEL|||||Goal: 20cm NBPEL||||

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

Are gains only temporary then?

Temporarly and permamently are relative words. Most of the exercises gives You bigger unit for minutes or hours after workout. Also if done reapetadly, they can cause a bigger unit for more than a month (2 months, 2 years, 60 years?). It all depends of your body.

Some PE-ers lost some gains after finishing it, which are easy to be taken by restaring the PE.

The priority is to do properly the Newbie Routine and constantly monitor Your body response (especially PI’s). Even if You won’t gain, Your EQ will be in 10 and You shouldn’t have any injury.

PE is for life.

If you stop you will lose size over time.

Personally I enjoy PE and don’t have a problem, but some feel as if it is only a task, and those people hope that one day they can stop and keep their gains only to find that they begin to return to the beginning again.

Some maintenance is needed to keep what you work so hard for.

Fair exchange in my book.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Some gains are temporary, some are permanent, some injuries are temporary, some are permanent.

Like Kjdeet said, usually a loss in length is a negative PI that signals over training and injury.

Unless you do something stupid (and you will know its stupid while you are doing it because it will be something you have been warned against doing) you wont lose anything.

Keep an open mind and a closed wallet... unless it\'s open to making a donation!

A lot of people use the fitness analogy: Imagine you went to the gym religiously for a year, burned a bunch of fat, put on a bunch of muscle — basically built your dream body. You wouldn’t expect to keep that body if one day you just stopped eating right and working out, right? And just because you would eventually lose the gains you made doesn’t mean they weren’t real, right?

I actually feel like I might’ve overtrained yesterday, and I’m wondering, should I suspend today’s session and resume when my penis is no longer sensitive/sore feeling? It’s sensitive to urinating. When I always feel like I have to urinate, and I feel it on my penis, which is strange.
