I started PE last year with BPEL 4.5” and mseg 4.25”. After experimental PE I added .25”. I was hooked on PE. I did PE experimentally with little jelqing, stretching, and lots of squeezing. I gained another .25 BPEL and .25” girth. I somehow thought this was average. I was satisfied with my results and it also looked big to me then. I slowly stopped peing till December when I found out my dick was small. This new year I started PE again and regained .125” which I had lost and added another .5 inches. With no consistency at all I have gained 1 inch BPEL and .25 mseg. I just started a routine.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG

Here's my Routine

PE 6 days a week

Day1 stretch down
Stretch lower diagonals
30 sec each 3 sets each
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.

Day2 stretch left, right & out.
30 sec 3 sets
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.

Day3 stretch up & upper diagonals.
30 secs 3 sets
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.
Repeat for the next 3 days and take the last day off.
