Do you suggest warming up and stretching even though you’re Dry Jelqing?

Dry jelqing isn’t much different than wet jelqing. Dry jelqing can be more intense because the grip can be made tighter because it doesn’t have to slide over the skin.

Warming up in the sense of applying heat before a session is a good idea. It can’t hurt and likely helps. Warming up in the sense of easing into each session by stretching or jelqing lightly at first is also a good plan.

Unless you are trying to avoid an increase in length, stretching of some kind, whether manually or by hanging, is a PE staple.
