Hi,

I am new to this as u can probably guess as this is my first post, lol.

I didnt know about the warm ups/downs before i stumbled in here, but i shall be using the wrap from now on. For the past few weeks i have been doing dry jelqing in bed, about 200 per night 5 nights of the week, but i dont know if im doing them right.

My question is am i supposed to pull my foreskin back to do the jelq and stop at the head of my penis or am i supposed to go over the foreskin and past the head? I have not been pulling my foreskin back and was wondering if this is why i have not noticed any increase in size flaccid or erect.

Just go up to the head, because the idea is to squeeze blood along the penis. If you can go past the head comfortably you are probably not squeezing enough blood along the shaft.

Having said that, don’t go squeezing until it hurts, though! Just what’s comfortable, but feels like your penis tissues are stretching. You’re supposed to push the blood along so it fills out your penis more than it usually is when erect, thus over time enlarging the blood holding corpora cavernosa.

As for pulling back your foreskin, i think its personal choice. I’m circumcised so don’t have that choice, but I’d guess if you don’t pull it back you’d be more likely to stretch skin from the base of your penis up your shaft because you won’t have as much slack skin. You’ll have to see what someone who is uncut says about it.

You dont pull your foreskin to dry jelq. By no means. I did about 50,000 dry one hand jelqs in my first two months of PEing and the reward was 1” in length and some gains in girth. If you would like more details, send a pm.

Thanks for the info guys, i feel its easier to do it now.

One more question for now though, i have been doing them for the past 2 nights, and today but only when i touch my penis, it feels a little tender on the top side at the base, the rest is fine.

Does this just mean that the technique is working and this is just the damaged cells repairing themselves or am i doing it too hard or too many? Ive done roughly 700 over the 2 nights at what i think is medium grip. Its not sore, its only when i touch it its a little uncomfortable.

Tender is OK. Pain is bad. Three hundred or so per day is fine.

Because international members can’t distinguish i from I.

You usually don’t jelq past the head but up to the glans and it is not necessary to pull foreskin back.
