Dry Jelq quick question

So when I do wet jelqs by head grows bigger and purpleish/red-ish

But I just did dry jelqs for the first time today and my head just remained the same size and pink(normal color), Is this how it’s supossed to be??

Also I am cut, any cut people do dry jelqs?

I dry jelq and my head expands. I am cut too.

What percentage erection do you maintain during your dry jelqs?

Around 80-90%

I’m uncut and I occasionally experiment with dry jelqing and I have noticed this too, it seems starting at a higher erection level helps for me, but I definitely need to work on my technique as I want to incorporate more dry jelqing in my routine.
