Dry jelq pressure
Quick question.I use enough pressure when stroking forward that when my grip gets to the glans, my head seems to get engorged so it looks like a bunch of raised dots or bumps. My question is, while stroking back, do you release the grip, or just let up a little? I noticed if I keep the same pressure on the way back, I can feel the blood being pushed back toward my body and it feels like it just would work better for gains.
Also I started on mar 1st and I just decided to add 2 min to stretching and 5 min to jelqing , is this too much?
