Hi guys I new on forum , but I have some Experience on PE methods ,
This is my new routine
Hot wrap - 5 min
Dry jelq - 25-30 min
Stretches 15 min
Clamping - 10 min

Some days I use a Pump for some hours like 1 or 2..

Good gains!

Hello , after a short time a I have noticed some gains, 0,5cm

I have been use the 2 days on 2 days off routine with dry jelq as the most important exert.

This routine for me is great because a I don’t have too much discipline as before soo I keep you guys informed about the gains ..

I have a routine similar to yours. Except clamping.
I have spent most time on dry jelqs so far, and made som gains in a short period of time.

However, other users warn of a larger turkey-neck, because you are stretching your scrotum skin up the penis when performing dry jelqs.

When dry jelqing make sure to retract the skin. That should minimize stretching the scrotal skin.

Routine 2 days on 2 days off for my is great, and a have noticed a 0,5 gain in length an the gain is for sure!
