Driving and PE
I’ve just about used up all my free time in the morning with my workout routine and with a houseful of females of various ages, it makes the evening a tricky time to do PE. Like right now.my 10 year old daughter just walked into the room unannounced! I really don’t want to try explaining what daddy is doing with his boy parts..
I spend 30-45 minutes driving each way to work. This seems like an excellent way to multitask if I could figure out a routine to do while driving. I’ve tried to do kegels, but it requires too much concentration while driving on a California freeway in traffic with a stick shift.. I’m thinking maybe pumping? Anyone out there want to share their ideas?
Starting: 5.5 BPEL x 4.3 EG
Current: 6 BPEL x 4.72 EG
Goal: 8 BPEL x 6 EG!
