Well done. I`m sitting at 6 7/8” and reading your post has motivated me to stay the course to 7”.
I took a week off from PE as the family went to the cottage and there is no time or room for PE there.
I too began last December at just under six inches, and I`m really surprised that I`ve gained a whole inch, and some days I still can`t believe it, but I get more encouraged by reading posts like yours that give me the focus to keep going.
I`ve never tried hanging, but I`m thinking about trying in the fall. I do a lot of stretching and built a mechanical stretcher that I`ve had good results with, and I love clamping, but I read that it detracts from length gains, and I`m not where I want to be there yet.
I think I might be hitting a sort of peak in terms of length, so hanging might be just the difference I need.
