Drink Lots of Water !!
Yes I no, You’ve all heard this one before !!
I never really took this too seriously, then about 3 weeks ago I started drinking on average 6-8 glasses of water per day. In the same time I stopped drinking (or cut down considerably) pop and juices. I’ve noticed a few pounds fall off as well as I feel much healthier, more energy etc, etc, Even PE’ing has become a little easier. By no means am I a doctor, but I definitely recommend each and everyone one of you to try this “experiment” for at least 4 weeks and posts any/all comments.
