Drastic Decrease in EQ

I’ve recently been having problems getting my penis erected, all I’ve been doing is stretching and jelqing as I usually do:

A couple of times per day, mini sessions in the bathroom and a 10-15 min. session before shower…

Is there a good Exercise I can add to increase the EQ?

For low EQ I only know to suggest jelqs and clamps but your already doing the jelqs so maybe your doing too much too soon?
Do you take any supplement’s?

Maybe this is all psychological for you also, if my mood is off I can have bad EQ and if my diet changes to junk then it can be poor.

it could be psychological… hmm, I haven’t been doing too many jelqs, perhaps I should add my pump to the routine? 10 min. per day or something?

Oh by the way, how about masturbation frequency? I haven’t been masturbating more than once every other week… That might be connected to the psychological but perhaps if I masturbate more often it would be easier

Well myself I have to constantly change my Masturbation frequency to keep the 10 EQ, I like to mix it up between every day for awhile, then going 3 days, sometimes I will go 2 days after that then mixing them up mainly doing it once a day. I can say don’t go longer than 3 days but everyone is different so just experiment with it.

You should look into some supplement’s if you have some money to spare, when I am on Ginkgo biloba, L arginine, and panax ginseng (red Korean ginseng) it makes it a lot easier to have good erection’s. I also take fish oil and a b-complex which may also be what boosts my erection’s.

Maybe you’re overtraining, doing PE twice a day. How’s your EQ after a day of rest? I find that rest and edging are great for improved EQ.

Man, you’re seriously overtraining your unit. Lay off the exercises a couple of days, and you’ll find your EQ will return. But to answer your question about exercises that help increase EQ, I would go with pumping.

Pumping is the one thing that lowers my EQ, maybe I just over do it.

Same here, pumping means no real-nice boners for at least the remainder of the day.

Kokoko, it sounds like you’re doing too much too soon, try doing it once a day instead of here and there, you want to give your dick time to recover.
