Downward stretches only?
OK guys here is my problem. I have a condition called frenulum breve, which basically means that the frenulum that connects the glans to the foreskin is short. So this causes alot of problems while stretching because I am unable to pull my foreskin back enough to get a firm grip on my mid-shaft because of which I have to grip my glans.
Now last year I started stretching and I would grip my glans pretty tight which caused it to feel soft while erect. So I took a long break and now I’m fine.
Now back to my question. Whenever I stretch downwards I don’t have to grip very hard because I’m applying force in the same direction of gravity which I am unable to do in other directions. So I have decided to stretch only downwards so that there is a minimal chance of causing damage to my glans. So is downward stretching alone enough to see promising length gains? I just want to gain 0.5 inches and anything more is welcome. Are there any more types of stretches in the downward direction other than the usual 30 second stretch?
