Downgrading newbie routine.
Hey all, in keeping with a thread over on the main members board, I’m going down to the linear routine.
I’ve been been PE’ing since 1st June and my dick has certainly grown, to quite a noticeable degree actually. I can’t say definitely as I haven’t measured so not to discourage myself (learnt that weighing myself whilst weightlifting) but it looks a lot thicker, slightly longer and my gf has made more than one comment now during sex and not, plus flaccid it’s certainly plumper.
That’s asides I’m definitely experiencing negative pi’s. My erections are kinda half assed, and I have to make a concerted effort to get one whereas before just the though of something would. This has happened the day after more than one session now so it’s time to take a few days off. When I come back, I’m going on a light jelqing only routine for a few days then slowly add in stretches. I think I may have been using too much pressure jelqing. No injuries but just a hunch.
I’m not overly concerned though as I’m v happy with my bigger penis, and negative reactions from the newbie seem common.
I’m a little depressed that I was seeming to gain then having to ease up but it seems more certainly not better with PE, unlike other exercise.
This is was my routine at the moment, as yet I haven’t has red spots etc. Though my penis is a little darker but it’s not unpleasant. This is my second week, the firsts weeks was lighter than this.
10min rice sock
6 mins manual stretching varying between 30-45 secs.
12 mins jelqing, low erection level (for length, although I think I’ve been using the wrong grip, the “ok” style which is prob why I have gained girth already)
May do more stretching say 3 sets 30
Kegels varying between 1 sec, 3 , 5 sec.
10 minute warm down, trying to keep in extended state.
On the new one I’m going to put isometrics in to further cement gains.
Just wondering what peoples opinions where and wether you’ve had similar experiences.
Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.
