Doughnut from jelqing question
Just wanted to ask a quick question?
I am 6 weeks into my routine and I have not had any gains, today I decided to increase the intensity of the stretches and jelqs to see if that makes a difference.
After doing the jelqs for 10 minutes resulted in the doughnut appearance of the skin below the glans.
My question is, am I doing it too intense? Or can I keep this high intensity? I do not feel any pain when doing it and no spots.
