Hi everyone,

Just wanted to ask a quick question?

I am 6 weeks into my routine and I have not had any gains, today I decided to increase the intensity of the stretches and jelqs to see if that makes a difference.

After doing the jelqs for 10 minutes resulted in the doughnut appearance of the skin below the glans.

My question is, am I doing it too intense? Or can I keep this high intensity? I do not feel any pain when doing it and no spots.

Hmm, I do my jelqs pretty hard, but I have never got any kind of donut from them.

Try to split your routine in increments of (2) 5 minute sessions instead of (1) 10 minute session. I used the self adhesive medical tape (gauze) around that area, it helps. Just avoid that area when jelking. You very well could be too intense as you said.

I started with a 15 minute stretch in the morning followed by 10 mins of normal jelqs. Later in the day I resumed and did 15 more mins of stretching and 15 mins of jelqing at a higher intensity which resulted in the doughnut.

At the end of the session it was much more full and hung lower. I am uncircumcised and do dry jelqs as I find that it is easier for me to perform. The area that doughnuted would be right under the area if you were to get circumcised but only on the right side. It might have to do with me being right handed and applying too much force on that side.

As I am at the 6 weeks mark approximately, the newbie routine says to do 10 mins of stretches and 30 mins of jelqing. I was thinking I would like to perform more stretches to stretch the tunica if the TGC Theory is correct.

So you would say it is better to split the routine into increments?

You are correct IMO, split the routine and as you said your right handed, switch hands evenly, sounds like your exerting too much force on one side. I too, have to make myself use my left hand more as I am also right handed Slow down a little take it a little easier on your unit until you become more weathered in PE. You only have one left. Be careful :)

I tend to stretch with both hands as it is tiring but only jelq with my right. I will try and jelq with both hands with a decent intensity and let you know how it goes. :D
