Is it a good idea to warmup for about 5 minutes (or more) then stretch for X amount of time and then warm up once again for an amount of time and after this start to jelq?

Yes, but it also matters what you warm up with. Make sure you warm up thouroughly or you could run into some trouble. Look into a rice sock or the cloth method. Search for the proper time and temperature. It all varies, just make sure a warm up is a full warmup. Also look into a warm down, this helps as well, stick with the newbie routine and GL with the learning as I see you understand the most important part. The warmup.
