I’ve been doing a lot of BTC stretches lately - in the mostly flaccid state - to lengthen the dorsal thickening (that’s the proper term for it, correct?)

One thing I noticed that I’ve been doing for years is always having my flaccid dick pointing UP whenever I “adjust” myself, whether standing, sitting, or laying in bed.

I obviously can’t do BTC stretches all the time, but one thing I think that may help in that direction is to always “adjust” myself to having it pointed DOWN especially when going about my day standing or sitting. This way the dorsal thickening is at least at it full flaccid downward length and *maybe* getting a little stretch. . Anyone else do this?

And lying in bed, I take it to the next level. Not only do I adjust ii down, I often lay on my side and push my dick and balls past between my legs, and keeping my legs together (because I’m laying on my side) prevents my dick (and balls) from coming upward. It’s like a passive downward/semi-BTC stretch. Anyone else doing this? (but is there a potential problem if I get a nocturnal erection and my dick can’t rise above the plane of my legs keeping it down? I just started doing this)

To get round dorsal thickening I believe you have to bend the penis but also heard V and A stretches don’t really help so a more rounded bend like around your wrist I’m sorry I’m not the greatest with the jargon.

Variety is good.

Go different directions and see what pulls. If you only stretch one specific area, that area will overcondition and get tough.

Try UTC stretches - under the cheek. That’s my term for it anyway. Lying on your back reading or watching TV, pull your dick under one of your cheeks and trap it under the cheek. I can lay like that forever.

Start by going commando. If you can’t bear the thought, then wear smooth boxers. Never wear tight underwear.

I do the side BTC, too. I wouldn’t worry about erections. Your body will compensate. You will automatically roll over, releasing it. I’m certain of it. That’s the same theory behind sewing tennis balls into the back of a shirt to prevent back-sleeping.

Sometimes I feel like my entire day is about enforcing those passive flaccid “encourgements” like you mention.
