Donut effect after jelqs

I m a newbie and m doing this routine for two weeks now..

My problem is that after jelq sessions my penis shows donut effect quite prominently and as I have read that it’s a normal effect but it lasts for many hours on my penis..

I do not know is that going to help me or not..

Please anybody tell me is that due to over-trying because yesterday a few fibres of blood also came out from my penis in addition to precum drops.

Yes you are overdoing it if blood came out your dick. Take as many rest days as it takes to heal. I would suggest at least 2 weeks.
