First, congratulations on reaching your desired length. On discussions of what gains are possible from PE, something that needs mentioning is that some stop because they want to; because they decide that they are long enough.

It is difficult to separate gaining length from gaining girth. Some exercises and techniques favor one over the other, but I don’t know of any that can guarantee you one and not the other.

That said, pumping is said to be more beneficial to girth than to length. I have not clamped much, but some say that clamping is good for girth as well. The other major exercises (stretching, jelqing, hanging) seem more likely than pumping or clamping to develop length as well as girth.

Pumping and clamping are not generally exercises that you could do ‘throughout the day’, however.

I was/am 7.1” BPEL and 5.5” MEG. Who knows. I’ve lost +- 30 pounds, and I have been training hard for the last 2 &1/2 months. So, maybe I’m just now able to get near full length inserted. Hey Acid Jazz, doggie style, if you want to hit the g spot, go in at that downward angle, but not all the way in.
If you want to go deep and hard I suggest you aim up with your dick instead in that position, that should make a better fit for your nice upward curve.

But you might not need to gain anything more as you say, worth thinking about.

I think you’re right about the angle and deep penetration in doggie. The g-spot is on the top wall within the first 2-3 inches of the vagina. (As you know) As mentioned above, I usually stimulate it in the “V” position, or some other position that I can rub that spot inside of her.

The only reason I would want length, (or girth for that matter), is in order to give maximum pleasure to my wife. I’m not sure the whole Douglas Pouch thing is what it’s cracked up to be.
