I’m a noobie here and when I first started to PE seriously and started jelqing I was starting at about 80% but a very tight grip, I didn’t get pain or swelling and had very minimal red spots. My friend told me about PE about a year ago btw and I jelqed on and off for about 2 weeks prior to taking it seriously.

Well, I guess my grip isn’t too firm. I’m into PE for almost a month and I never have had any red dots on my glans. I read somewhere here the grip should be about the grip when you masturbate.

I’ve been having a tighter than masturbation grip, but no red spots.

I just don’t see how you can really squeeze and trap the blood in unless you apply greater than normal pressure.

Speaking of squeezing, I’d say squeezing toothpaste out of a near empty and flat toothpaste bottle is how hard my grip is throughout the jelq.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. However, I have a 1&1/2” fat pad, so it appears to be short and stubby. What kind of grip is best to target only the CC’s? I really do not like squeezing my Urethra (CS?), it hurts and stings a little afterwards when I pee. (kind of like on dumb and dumber)

Try a “V” or “U” with just pressure on the side rather than an “OK” - just experiment and see what feels right.

Would working on just the CC’s and not the CS lead to a curve?

Meaning if you exercise the sides (enlarging and lengthening them) while the bottom CS does not get the exercise, wouldn’t that mean it would not grow (as much)? And would that equate to a downward curve?

I already have a slight upward curve, so If that does happen, I would just end up wiht a straighter and longer unit right?

Sta-kool, I’m still trying to understand how to perform the V and U grips. Can you expand a little on that?
