Hi everyone. I am new here, and I just wanted to say that I was totally floored last few days since I joined this site! The information on here is unbelieveable! I simply couldn’t believe how informative and extensive this place is. Every single question regarding PE can (in my opinion) be answered here.

I have lurked around the net looking for the answers to my questions for a long time, and always ended up being disappointed.. Until I found this site. Now, I truly believe that with all the info, routines, experience, and tools that is available here is finally going to help me attain something I thought was unattainable: a penis that I (not anyone else, ME) am happy and satisfied with (I’m thinking 9 inches long and 7 inches thick).

Because of all this, and I hope I am not going to get in trouble for saying this, but I really would like to encourage all of my fellow newbies on here to DONATE to this site. This wealth of information is invaluable. There really is NO where else like it on the web. If you are not a newbie, I would encourage you as well, simply based on the fact of something that you probably already know by now.. There is no where else that you are going to find this amount of information.

If you had asked me 5 months ago how much I’d pay to make my cock 25% bigger with nearly zero risk and a little hard work, I admit my answer would have been significantly more than how much I’ve donated. I’ve also paid in hundreds (wow yeah hundreds already) of hours of my time, in both reading and consistency. Even so, the word invaluable does ring true.

Also, welcome to the forum Mason! You will do very well with that level of enthusiasm for the information. If I could cite the number 1 exercise in my success so far, it would be reading. I’ve been reading an hour or two per day on average, for 5 months straight, and I think I’m about halfway done absorbing it all. Reading back through the forums here is literally a history-book of the evolution of PE over the last decade, and the best guide ever made as well.

Yes, I haven’t been able to stop reading all the info on here, lol. I have to admit, I didn’t even know that the bib hanger was as popular as it is on here, I thought that I was the lone person that owned one, haha.anyways, I am hoping that I will be able to use my enthusiasm to stay with a consistent routine, which has been my biggest setback thus far.

One question.. Does the newbie routine really work effectively for gains, or is it more a primer to get your penis ready for the “real routines” down the line?

It’s both. Here’s my take on the newbie routine. I gained 0.6” x 0.2” in 5 months with a watered-down version of it, and I’ve just added pumping to supplement it. The majority of people get quick gains from it. It has three simple components: heating, stretching, and jelqing. Most people continue to use those in some form throughout their entire PE career because they are the cornerstones of effective PE. It’s a primer in that it helps people learn how their individual penis responds to pressure levels, and pulling force, and workout volume and frequency. The exercises are safe, simple, and free. You do them with your hands as opposed to a mechanical device, so it’s easy to stop at the first sign of trouble.

It’s difficult to cause any severe damage with the newbie routine. You really can’t fuck it up. Let’s face it. We are men, and we want to get the job done as fast as possible with brute force and sheer will power. Our very being screams more is better! But this is a marathon, not a sprint, as they say. There is a physical conditioning aspect of the newbie routine, and in an entire PE career. The tissues in the penis do gradually get stronger and used to the pulling and pressure. I’m sure there’s some stuff that I can do now at 5 months that would have injured me on day 1. But in my opinion, the real value of the newbie routine is the mental conditioning: it’s a safe way to gain patience, consistency, knowledge of the penis, and maturity in dealing with one of our most important organs. The newbie routine provides a period to learn to “listen to your dick” so that you can effectively use the other techniques down the road.

I began pumping today, and done correctly it’s a completely safe exercise that anybody could handle at low pressures for short times on their first day of PE. But it’s not a newbie exercise because if it’s done incorrectly, it’s easy to severely injure oneself. Some newbie is going to pump to extreme pressure, for a long time, suddenly realize he’s in extreme pain, not understand how to release the pump, and rip his dick off trying to escape - and we can’t have that happening. Same goes for any other “advanced” techniques. Technically a newbie could use them effectively if they got all the prerequisite knowledge and started out very slowly and responsibly, but there’s so many people who would not do that and would injure themselves, and that’s why they’re not newbie exercises. We’re kind of playing with fire here by exposing an important and fragile organ to unnatural force levels using only knowledge acquired by people we’ve never met over the internet - it pays great dividends to start slow with the safe stuff and take time to learn how our own individual penis is going to react.

Some people use the newbie routine all the way. Some people use it as a foundation and add in other manual exercises. Some do it for a few months and then switch up their routine toward mechanical pumping / hanging / ADS. Some people add in the other exercises as supplements while continuing the newbie routine. Some people experiment with a little bit of everything and then put it all back together in the routine that they feel works best. But the same simple formula still always applies: heat - lengthen - expand. It’s all just different dosages of those three in different forms, tailored by each individual to their own needs and particular propensities for gains. Well look I wrote a book, time for an ending. I’m newish and iv not made a donation. I just want to say to thunder that you have my word that I will donate but only when I have made some gains. If I get gains I would more than happily give a healthy donation.

Yeah I understand that and thats why I will donate, but only if PE works. I don’t want to upset anyone but I think its perfectly reasonable to be wary? Theres so many cons out there that make money out of men trying to get bigger penises. I’m not saying your a con but I am saying I would happily donate £1000 if I got the gains I wanted and was healthy. I can afford that not probs and would be money well spent.. Also I’m guessing its more than the normal donation? Believe me I would be over the moon and would pay!

People have said that before. I don’t think it’s happened.

In the end with PE, it’s up to you and the amount of work you put in. So if you don’t bother, you probably won’t hypothetically donate loads of cash.

We see so many people here who don’t take the time to read through the newbie section and go right into someone else’s intense routine and wonder why their dick almost fell off. It’s your dick! Read as much as you can so you know where to start and what you will do next as you progress through the months. You don’t see some noob walking into a gym and trying to bench press 300lbs right off the bat…well, you probably do, lol. But usually they need to be rescued because they can’t lift the bar off their chest.

I haven’t donated yet, but I do plan on donating because I have seen growth and the pics to prove it.

Maybe they didn’t get any gains? I’m not sure how I can prove to you that I would donate but you just need to take my word for it. On the other hand you expect me to take your word for it that PE does work even tho most people in the normal world believe it don’t. I want to believe and I’m sure everyone on this site who claim success are telling the truth. If it works then believe me I won’t want to leave the site I will want to stay and discuss PE and get even more success so if I would donate as obviously you guys are doing a good job. I don’t see what the problem is? After all its a donation not compulsory?

Whats that got to do with anything?? We are talking about donations.. Iv only tried jelqing for 2weeks so to early to say if its working for me or not. I hope your donation is a big fat one as the site has clearly helped you. I wish for the same to, and I will donate.. Not sure why people get the arse about it? Dude, chill out. You stated your opinion and so did others and it seems you are taking this more personal.

My post was because I thought BeardedDragon answered Mason Jett’s question very well. As you spend time on this site, you will see the same questions asked over and over with a lot of the same results…good and bad. Your post just happens to be one of many so others have expressed what the typical outcome usually is. I wish you huge gains and hope you will contribute to this site in more than just monetary value, by inspiring others.

Hey Mason Jett, I saw in another thread you were asking what an extenter is. I posted to you to google autoextender, thats monkeybars site, he happens to be a
member here. He sells some nice products and he too likes in the UK. you may also want to do a search (upper right hand corner button) on ADS ( all day stretcher).
