So people, I began my newbie routine not long ago and I think Im getting the catch of it… this is what Im doing:

5 min warm up under hot shower. Not too hot because Im afraid too much heat can even do damage.

1 and a half minute stretch each side. Starting straight out, then left or right (random, varying through routines) then up and down (also random). Then one more straight out. Doing a harder pull and holding sometimes for 30 more seconds when I stretch downwards to stress more the ligaments and get a lower erection angle (my penis is pointing straight to the ceiling when erect lol) and stretching upwards, because my LOT is 7:00 - 6:00. Slapping penis and flaccid masturbating, to restore circulation between each stretch.

Something I realized is that I cant get a good grip for stretching if not on the head. I tried right behind it, 1 inch behind, in the middle. I tried with skin, easier as Im uncircumcised. But I cant get it fully stretched if not holding it on the head. This quite worries me, because people do not recommend pulling the head and it starts darkening after sometime. Some people say its normal, but I dont know… as soon as I release it and do some flaccid masturbating, the color comes back to normal, pink-reddish. My erections are unnafected, morning and evening woods are as good as PIs should be, and erections are 10/10 like a solid rocket made of hard stone.

I think everytime my head gets so dark, a bunch of cells inside it die due to stress and lack of blood. As the color comes back to normal, it seem some of them recover, some indeed die but are healed or replaced, but Im afraid some have died permanently and in the long term this may cause problems. Any one in the same situation? Thoughts of the vets?

Now comes the most nice part of my routine: The jelq. I attempted a couple of times to do it before the stretch, but I cant, the penis keeps getting to 100% erection and takes a long time to subside, wastes too much time. After the stretch, I heat it some more, this takes shorter time because Im just aiming to recover some of the heat I lost. I apply some KY jelly and start jelqing it flaccid. I jelq some, it erects up, I kegel, it erects more, it reaches the perfect 50% erection level Im aiming to get and it stays like that, for the entire jelq session, amazing! I jelq for 15 minutes then wash it with hot water, my PE session for the day is done.

So, what do you guys think?

I then go to porn to check if everything is ok. I maintain a nice erection for 5 minutes, erect kegeling. Then I turn off my computer and go to sleep.

Sounds good, how long have you been doing this routine and have you seen any gains?

Keep at it, focus on technique and stay consistent. Go slow to gain fast…no need to rush.

But Im still wondering about the stretch thing I mentioned. It doesnt hurt (the feeling is nice, even, btw) but it still goes dark purple, lol!

I’m also just starting out on the newbie routine, just had my third session. My only concern is that I feel like I’m not stretching “properly”. Am I supposed to have an erect penis whilst stretching or do I just pull and tug flaccid until it becomes semi-erect on its own?

You shouldn’t be afraid of heat. It will hurt your skin before it’s hot enough to cause damage. Heat can be a problem if you experience it for long periods. Like wandering around in a warm climate with underwear that pin your scrotum to your body leaving no air to breathe. But for a 5-10 min warm up, you can easily get the water as hot as you can before it starts to hurt you without causing any harm.

You might be pinching too hard and you only need to pull hard enough to to get maximum length. Trying pulling for full extension, then relax your muscles and then pull a little more and hold.

@jessie rulez, stretch while flaccid and you are not looking for it to become erect.
