Ive gained .75 of an inch by doing stretches and jelqs, but havent gained any girth at all. I feel like the jelqs just dont work for me. Im wondering if I do stretches only, will that hurt my girth at all?

It shouldn’t affect your girth negatively, unless you stretch another 6” out of him..:p

11 months, although I did take like 3 months off in the middle.

Well I have been going 2 1/2 mths now and I only do the stretches as I wanted length mainly.

My starting girth was 6.1/4 now it is 6.3/4, my flaccid size has increase by 3/4 inch nearly after the first 1 1/2 mths and has stayed the same since, also my erect has only gone up by 1/4 which is ok, but that again was after the first 1 1/2 mths, but strangely over the past mth my girth has gone up 1/4 inch.

I am wondering if this applies, I was reading about showers and growers, my one when erect swells right out but does not extend much for my from my flaccid size. So mayb that has alot to do with which way the exercises work on certain shape penises.

Anyone else experience this at all.

Guys, what types of stretches do you do? The basics or the serious stuff ??


8/06 First measured @ (starting over again) BPEL-6.0" X EG-5.25"

10/06 (2 months) BPEL-6.00" X EG- 5.50" BUT NO LENGTH :0(

Second goal to measure on 12/06 (4 months) Bpel-6.25" X EG -5.75"

I do the one where you bend forward and the bring cock up to the belly button and then straighten up and stretch it out, also the one pulling up then to each side and then down.

I do about 30 or 40 mins per pay with 3 days off, which one would you recommend to add and how is the stretch done cheers.
