I’ve been working girth for almost a year now and I still cannot handle more than 3 girth days a week.

I believe the length and intensity of your routine factors in to the time needed in between sessions.

What girth exercises are you doing?

Most here would recommend doing the newbie routine for a couple months first.

Would it be OK do do the newbie routine 5 days on 2 days off? Only doing between 50 and 100 wet jelqs and 10 short kegels, that is the plan I was thinking of doing.
