Does your diet contribute to your penis size?

Let’s say you’re still going through puberty. Does a certain type of diet aid in your growth or possibly hinder it?

Other than eating healthy, the only advice I could give you is get your protein.

Avoid soy and HFCS [High Fructose Corn Syrup] and pretty much all factory farm foods- go organic, or at least hormone/ antibiotic free for your meats.

Proof of correlation to penis size? None.

But this shit wasn’t part of the evolution of the human animal and simply can’t be adding anything good to the mix.

There’s sufficient debate about possible soy/ phytoestrogen connections that I’d recommend men under 20-25 avoid them.

I would be fine with my son eating organic, fermented soy products in moderation. Even the most hardcore vegans and vegetarians I know don’t eat tempeh, miso, or natto on a daily basis. I’m fairly confident that if someone followed the guidelines you recommend, but included occasional use of fermented soy products, they would consume far less isoflavonoids than someone eating an average American diet that included a lot of fast/cheap foods.

Increasing your protein intake wouldn’t hurt. I’m not sure whether it would actually help, but bodybuilders, runners and lots of other athletes take protein supplements to aid tissue recovery after exercise.

I don’t know about diet helping with increases in penis size directly, but I have definitely noticed that with an improved diet, my erection quality improves dramatically. With that being said, I would imagine a healthy diet AND PE would result in better gains. I’m just guessing though.

Let’s say then that diet may affect size- if only to the negative?
