It used to, but now even after 45 mins of running it sometimes hangs even better. If I do intense rowing it turtles up though, I suppose it is like the others have said, the blood goes to where it is needed most and after training for a while it shouldn’t happen as much. I play vigorous basketball for at least two hours, 5x a week. I’ve just added PE to my ‘wellness’ regime and have noticed that my flaccid cock seems to hang a little more while I’m just standing around, which is a great feeling.
