Does your ball size affect your testosterone level

Does your ball size affect your testosterone level

I could not post this in the other forum topics, it would not allow me to. I apologize if this is the wrong area (I am a noob) I was curious if ball size affects your testosterone level, wondering if you have big balls do you hold more testosterone, I personally do not have big balls and I always wondered if there is any science behind this? I work out with weights and I also run a fair amount, I eat well, I take in a ton of protein and water, carbs. Etc. Etc. And I notice that I plateau very easily and my loads do not seem very large.

I thought the loads were mainly fluid from other glands besides the testes. ( : : : ponders if he should go and read the Ejaculation Process thread : : : )

Mine are big and I do have pretty good size cum loads. But the cum load I think depends on if your hydrated enough. As far as testosterone levels in relationship to nut size I’m not sure if that is a factor.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

Testosterone secretion is induced by hormones produced by the hypofisis (which is part of your central nervous system). Your testicles’ size has nothing to do with how much testosterone you produce, maybe a hypertrophic (bigger) hypofisis would make you produce more testosterone than the usual, since it would produce more stimulating hormones (although a hypertrophic hypofisis would affect you in many many ways).

Testosterone is also produced in small amount by the adrenal glands above your kidneys. More about testosterone: Testosterone - Wikipedia.

Not being rude, but you probably didn’t do your preliminary newbie reading. As a newbie you can not start a new thread anywhere other than the newbie forum before you have been here a certain amount of time and made a certain number of posts.

I am doubtful “ball size” has anything to do with your testosterone levels. You may have heard of men who have lost one testicle (for what ever reason) who have continued on with only one with no noticeable decline. And women do not even have testicles, yet after menopause their testosterone levels are increased. IMHO your size has no relevance on your levels. Even if it did, I wonder how would you increase size?

If ball size has nothing to do with testosterone level why do they shrink if one uses steroids for a long time?

Well, the last question is a fair one. Ball size has nothing to do with androgen (or sperm production numbers) in normal physiology. There is more than enough cell mass in a small testicle to produce upper limits of testosterone and sperm.

When someone does anabolic steroids, particularly long-term, the brain (hypothalamus) is fooled into thinking that there is too much production by the testes. It responds by shutting off production of the hormone that stimulates the pituitary to release a hormone to stimulate the testes to produce sperm and androgens (testosterone being the main one). So what happens to a gland that no longer is producing it’s products? It atrophies (use it or lose it, if you will). The testicles shrink. This is typically reversible, but can take years to return to normal size and function.

So bigger doesn’t mean more production, and smaller is more a result of less production than a cause. If your testicles are within a normal range of size, their function is likely to be, as well.

Hope that helps.

Wow!! Steroid use shrinks your nuts, so therefore (you imply) ball size is an indication of how much testosterone you produce??

I’d bet there are men with naturally big testicles who have low testosterone levels, and men with naturally small ones who have high testosterone levels. So what does ball size mean in terms of testosterone levels? NOTHING!

The only thing shrinking balls indicate when you’ve been using steroids is that “you’ve been using steroids”!

Exactly.

Compounds such as Hcg and Clomid will help restore the HPTA as well.
