Does this count as premature ejaculation

It seems to me (And having done jelqing exercises the past two and a half weeks or so made this a lot clearer) that I cannot get fully erect until I’m about to blow my load. Like, I can only get a satisfactory erection only until I’m right about ready to ejaculate, so I have to sort of hold in my need to ejaculate will trying to maintain my erection. Will continued PE exercises help me control this? Should I maybe do more kegels? That’s admittedly what I always keep putting off, the kegels. They just seem so tedious.

You can do kegels at anytime. Just do them at work, or on the bus. They would not seem tedious after a while.

What I see as premature ejaculation is ejaculation unless you want to, be it 5 or 50 minutes.

As to kegels - they are essential. The way I see it - if you were a swordsman who used a rapier, if you want to use a broad sword you need to get stronger or you will not be able to wield it properly. It’s similar to your dick - if you want a healthy bigger dick, you need to do kegels to ensure more blood flow and strong pelvic muscles to hold your bigger dick.

I was jelqing today and accidentally ejaculated before reaching my required number for the day. What a waste! :(

I’m thinking of jelqing what I had left to go in a couple of hours, but fear hurting myself out of overexertion
