Does this count as premature ejaculation
It seems to me (And having done jelqing exercises the past two and a half weeks or so made this a lot clearer) that I cannot get fully erect until I’m about to blow my load. Like, I can only get a satisfactory erection only until I’m right about ready to ejaculate, so I have to sort of hold in my need to ejaculate will trying to maintain my erection. Will continued PE exercises help me control this? Should I maybe do more kegels? That’s admittedly what I always keep putting off, the kegels. They just seem so tedious.
