Does the urethra enlarge with everything else

I’ve been trying to visualize this concept for awhile. What happens to a urethra as everything around it is slowly stretched and expanded.

It adapts like everything else, veins, arteries etc.

I have never researched it (so why am I posting?), but I’ve always thought that to allow the ability to change size from flaccid to erect, that the urethra was not connected anywhere within this shaft of the penis. It’s connected within the body as well as connected at the head of the penis, with a certain amount of slack between the two points. So PE doesn’t actually lengthen the urethra, it just adds more penis around it and along it’s length. I suppose by this logic, there would be a point where the urethra would become the limiting factor for continued growth, which would probably not be good, though I imagine that this would take a ridiculous amount of length gain. Like I said though… this is as uneducated a guess as you are likely to find. I am curious now though. :)
