Iv always had this problem during stretching does it go away?

I need some insight please help it’s mos def hard when wrapping for my hanger!! I can’t touch myself for anything!

I kind of have that problem too.
But, it is getting better.

If I notice I am getting hard while stretching I just let go.
Then I just wait for it to go flaccid again.
Hopefully in a near future I won’t have this problem.
Try not to think about sexual stuff.
See it as exercise.

It’s hardddd to get control over this. I am partially hard more often than not when I stretch. It is difficult for me to stay completely flaccid while I stretch, but when I do I get a much much better stretch out of it. I found it’s a mental battle, you have to tune yourself out of physical sensation. Basically ignore the fact you’re touching your dick, and think about it that it’s not for stimulation, just for stretching. I just tell my brain to hold the blood back, it’s not time to fill the tube yet. If it grows too much I stop and focus on the TV until it goes down. Fowfing really makes me flaccid and holds the blood out, so doing that before you stretch may help.

With time, experience and discipline, this problem should decrease. One of the benefits of PE is developing greater control over your erections.

When you stretch and start to get erect, just stop, let the erection subside, then start over. Over time, you will get better control. If you can handle your penis to urinate and not get erect, you can learn to stretch your penis without necessarily getting erect.

That could be part of the problem, Andro, but not all of it. I am older than 19, and the same thing happened to me when I started PE. Even now, if I let it, that can happen. I use it to my advantage, if I am stretching then jelqing - a certain increase in turgidity leads nicely to jelqing if I manage it right.
