Does the Bed Fowfer ever lose its effectiveness?
The reason I ask is that when I do a bed fowfer, I feel no stretch whatsoever. The first few weeks felt great, and I woke up with great flaccid gains. Yet, now when I do it, I have no nice flaccid gains in the morning, and I feel nothing in the stretch itself. I tried repositioning closer to my knees, but that seemed to cut off circulation and was too problematic to continue doing it. I’m maybe 7 inches FSL at the most, so I’m certainly not too big for bed fowfers. Has anyone else experienced this?
