Hey guys, Im pretty excited today because I had my first successful dry orgasm. I was able to clench my pc and stop the ejaculation. However, it did feel a little bit odd when I did it, I lost my erection, and (2 hours later, right now) I feel like I couldnt pull a boner, though I haven’t tried, it just feels a tiny bit sore down there in my sack area. Did this dry orgasm pretty much count as an ejaculation as far as testosterone dropping and eq dropping?

I was really trying to save myself up over the past few days so that when my girlfriend and I have sex tomorrow I would be horny and rock hard as hell, but I don’t know if I’ve just ruined that by dry orgasming and now I’m at “ground zero” again. I guess it hasn’t really been long enough to tell, but I just want to be as strong and sex ready as possible tomorrow.

I’ve done a lot of off and on research to support my theories about pe. So far I can tell you that there are more factors than just testosterone depletion.
Let me try to break this down for you…

During the act of arosal certain hormone messengers trigger a chain reaction that stimulates the heart, shortens breath, increases blood pressure, and dialates blood vessels. This is most commonly known as a NO2 reaction on these forms, but most underestimated by pe’ers is the adrenaline and endorphin rush that temporarily blocks pain. Now I’m not 100% clear on the whole timeline but somewhere around orgasm,not to be confused with ejaculation, the body begins releasing chemicals like pde5-to end the erection,oxytocin-calms down the body’s stress symptoms, tryptophan-turns into 5-htp-which turns into serotonin and blunts the cortisone released during sex, and most importantly the mineral zinc.

Zinc is vital for testosterone and semen production, it is released at about 1mg per orgasm and takes almost over night to replenish. I believe this is why the common symptom of low eq after a nightly masturbation session is experienced. Even then you may still feel tired with every dry orgasm which is something I too have noticed. If you avoid the tingling release at all cost while pe’ing or edging you also avoid the over filled epididymis which can be painful without a release. I also have noticed quicker pe sessions and more energy without dry-gasms or microgasams. Food for thought at least.

Beyond that my research is limited to what I can pull out of funded medical experiments online which aren’t always purposefully I tended for pe. So far I am looking for a counteractant to the sedative tryptophan. BCAAs do show promise with the competition for absorbtion but not a complete cure.

I will keep you posted if I find anything else.

Very interesting. This may be just what I need to get my EQ back on track (on top of ditching shit on the internet for stimulation). I typically masturbate at night. I always feel tired after dry orgasms. When I edge, clamp, or hell even try and get an erection (for the longest time I usually have to get that tingling sensation to even get an erection) I always get that tingling feeling and the micoorgasams. They feel great but I need to see what happens without them. Thanks for the post.

This just in…
I looked up some supplements that blunt the typtophan release in the brain. A few came up with the scientific studies but I wont post them because irritability and insomnia are side effects. The only one that helps lower tryptophan and increase energy without stimulating effects are BCAAs. I suggest as little as 5g on an empty stomach right before sex, pe, or masturbation.

You will also benefit greatly from taking zinc on an empty stomach at least 2 hours after a meal and an hour before the next. Don’t get carried away with swallowing a whole pill at a time which can upset your stomach when there is an easier option. Some cough drops and lozenges contain anywhere between 1-5mg of zing gluconate, these can be taken right before or any time around sex to help stabilize t-levels.

Now obviously certain factors like alcohol, late nights, losing fights…. Can lower or even take away your man card, but what can you lose by trying something new? Just be careful about not combining zinc with calcium or copper from other foods which can lower absorption 50%.

I had actually read about that, and I took a whiz as soon as i could after, and my pee was perfectly normal looking. But I still guess I clenched my PC a little too late, because something happened.
