Does Stretching or Jelqing Negatively Effect Erections?
I have started PE 3 weeks ago, following the newbie routine and I’m very happy to report some 0.3” gains in erect length.
Despite my excitement, I have noticed the last days something wrong with my erection. In fact, although I do get a 100% hard erection easily, it doesn’t feel as strong (when I do kegel while erected).
To describe it with a picture (I’m not a native English speaker), in the past, when fully erected, I could press against the glans of my penis with my index finger towards my legs and when I released it, my penis would reflex and hit my belly before coming to it’s natural position (something more than a 90 degree angle with my body). Now, when I release my finger, my penis barely reflexes and moves lazily to it’s natural position. This also happens if I squeeze my PC muscle when releasing the finger.
Has anyone else noticed something similar? Do you think that I should worry or stay out of exercise for some days?
PS: I do my kegel exercises every day!
